Most people don't understand demographics. In fact, they're so in-the-dark about them, they actually think we're experiencing an overpopulation crisis --when it's actually the other way around. We're set up for a crazy decline. And it cannot be reversed. There are still really cheap things to buy out there, and even though sentiment is probably as low as it gets, there is also a very sweet divergence going on in these thing's favors on top of it all. It's going to suck, you're going to feel really dirty, but rest assured there are a lot of great fundamentals in your corner. And if it doesn't feel dirty -- are you really buying things when they're cheap in the first place?
